Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility, and your breathing, to help boost both your physical and mental wellbeing. By providing sessions with a balanced flow of active and passive postures, our trainers will help to provide you with the benefits of helping to alleviate high blood pressure, heart disease, aches and pains – including lower back pain – depression and stress.

About personal training
Our Yoga Teachers are fitness and wellness professionals who specialise in the practice of meditation, stretching, body posture, and the promotion of mindfulness and overall wellbeing.
An online Yoga session with with one of our specialist trainers is £30, or if you wish to have a class in-person at a location of your choice then it is £65 for an hour.

Our 1:1 personal Yoga sessions last 1 hour
Yoga can be done as often as you’d like and as often as your body will allow. Those new to yoga should start slow with one or two or three sessions a week and slowly ramp up their practice as they are able to handle it. More experienced yogis might practice every day or have longer sessions on a schedule to allow for recovery
